So two issues ago, a kid writes in mentioning 3 cars, and i cant remember for sure what 2 were but one was a GTi. you say he would be dead to you if he got the VW. In the letter above it, you defended the Pontiac Solstice. Why not the GTi? its a quick little hatch, but from Europe. But the soltice isnt out of japan...so why stick up for domestics and not euros? You also defend the solstice again in the current issue when someone rips it apart. It seems a little hypocritical. all i ask is for some respect for euro cars. Just remember who invented the car, and where he was from. (...it was Karl Benz guys. From Germany) Great magazine though, and i dont mind the Solstice

I think they were just busting his bawlz! I didn't take it so literally... it read to me more like a joke... after all..look at sport compact car... GTis on the cover this month!
