Why are 90% of the people ive raced in a wrx cocky like they own gods gift to automobiles?  It doesnt matter if I destroy them, beat them by a little or loose to them,  almost every time I get some cocky look or attitude (if I do end up talking to them afterwards. )  

I just dont get it.  

I get the same thing from STi and EVO owners until I take my MKIV Supra down the 1320 then they usually shut up and look away. Its sweet revenge

Yeah ya gotta love Supras. It shuts muscle car guys up. STi/EVo shut up and its a suitable opponent for any Skyline. God i'm lucky lol  

I'd have to say, comin from the muscle headed part of the group, I would take a supra anyday.  But i think STI's are a little over rated.  I've raced and beaten 3 of them in my 95 chevy C-1500 pickup!  Yeah i've built the complete thing by hand, and im not saying it's faster than anything else on the road, but i think than an STI is def. not good enough for some one to put on some rims and race everything in sight  

Yeah, stock they arent fast, but they are def. a good platform to build on, I have to admit.

i completely agree,. stock they are nice cars, will def slaughter other stock cars in it's category,. but go against a modified one, or even one that has one or to things done and is correctly modified and u guys will find a whole new car to bash,. considering you'd never keep up,. ha ha ha ha,. And STi is so much better than an evo,. beter performance, better breaking, better interior, not plasticy like EVO or supra, ha ha ha, well just trying to say the STi is much better than the Evo,. even with your (Supra's) which by the way are highly over rated,. they are big heavy and expensive to modify, not to mention they haven't made a new one in like for ever,. and well, the truck? i can't say anything there,. they've had my heart since i was 8,. ha ha ha ha.. I drove a 1984 mkII Supra (BEFORE they had turbo) for about 6 months
only mods were a Pacesetter header, MSD ignition & a ghetto ram air intake n K&N cone filter (good for a lil over 200hp)
smoked a riced Proteges n civics everywhere i went
(including an STi... pretty sure it was stock though)
I lost once... and it was to my buddy's Prelude n i stuck with him to 90mph till he gave it a 75 shot of NOS
