I did the Eibach Anti-Roll Bar Kit Install: '01 Toyota Celica GTS as well as the Eibach Sportline Spring Install: '01 Toyota Celica GTS

I have 18's with 225/35/18 and my problem is the car is bottoming out on these rough roads in the bayarea.
Most of the time its a good ride and the car handels great - but you hit a dip in the road and sometimes the suspension can not absorb it. I am not sure if the wheel is hitting the fender well or the Tokico struts are bottoming out. I just no I hate when that happens.

I need to know what I need to do to prevent this "bottoming out". I am planning on putting on 17's with a 235/40/17 tire - not sure that will help any?

Help me understand whats going on with my suspension.
