I have been having some issues with my car and was hoping I might get some useful input here.  I have a 2002 Acura RSX-S, It has been f/i for about 50,000 miles. the car has 96,000 miles on it.

Issue
My car will have spurts, weeks at a time where the car will act up.  it feels like its mis-firing but I am uncertain.  Im think either its a loose timing chain or a bad coil pack possibly even a I know it could be a possibility of a million things but just wondering if you guys had any input.  i have not had time to run any diagnostics on it yet.

Thanks in advance

my guess would be somthing fuel related, you might want to check your fuel pump, fpr.  If all systmes come back as positive, then go from there.

The more I feel the symptoms i'm beginning to think its a bad map sensor.  I have a 3 bar map sensor.  I also have my stock map senor pig tailed in just not connected.  Next plan of action is to program my ecu for the correct scalar values of the stock map sensor and then plug in the stock sensor to see if the symptoms go away.  I will keep everyone up to date.
